2.9.  Use of College Facilities and Equipment

Generally, facilities and equipment of Sandhills Community College are provided to enrolled, prospective, and current full-time students, and others having an official contract or connection to the college. The latter might include organizations for whom the College is providing space even though the College is not the official sponsor of the event or activity. The nature and extent of these accommodations are governed by law, College policy and College procedures.

There might be occasions when the College makes facilities and equipment available without a contract or official relationship to another governmental and/or non-profit agency when the purposes of that agency are consistent with those of Sandhills Community College.
